Dennis came in with recurring knee issues and periods of disrupted training, which had made consistency difficult. We focused on building structure, adjusting exercises to work around pain, and progressing safely over time.

“Before I joined Janos' program, I was constantly dieting, stuck in a frustrating cycle of starting and stopping and I was terrified of going to the gym because I felt like everyone was going to judging me. I lost a considerable amount of fat, my body became more defined and athletic, and even as an office worker who spends most of the day sitting, I was amazed at how quickly my body changed. I’m now in a controlled gaining phase to build more muscle, and once this phase is complete, I’ll refine my results further with a proper cut.
One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been the confidence boost. People at the gym often ask if I compete in weightlifting because of my form and physique. They’re impressed when I can do hip thrusts with twice my body weight, and friends and family are shocked when I tell them how heavy I can actually lift.
